You were the guest of honor and didn't show up! Guess I owe you some punishment for not showing up for your own birthday party...Lets see put you back in the straight jacket for your Birthday Spanking....guess we'll just have to wait until Inferno....hmmm, wonder what I need to bribe Matt and Scott with to help me?

Very Truly Yours

Bill Clinton, Al Gore, and George W. Bush face a firing squad in a
small Central American country.

Bill Clinton is first placed against the wall and just before the
order to shoot him is given, he yells, "Earthquake!"

The firing squad falls into a panic and Bill jumps over the wall
and escapes in the confusion.

Al Gore is the second one placed against the wall. The squad is
reassembled and Al ponders what his old boss has done.?

Before the order to shoot is given, Al yells, "Tornado!"

Again the squad falls apart and Al slips over the wall.

The last person, George W. Bush, is placed against the wall. He is
thinking, "I see the pattern here, just scream out a disaster and hop over
the wall." As the firing squad is reassembled and the rifles raised in his
direction, he grins and yells, "Fire!"

we should be able to stablize the LJ for years to come....

The Rock
You scored 12 constructivenes, 2 selflessness, 2 loyalty, and -19 supportiveness!

Constructive, giving, and loyal, with a healthy dash of tough love -- you are The Rock. Your friends smell what you're cooking, and it's fucking delicious. You listen to them, you carefully weigh what they tell you, you offer honest, blunt, constructive advice to make any situation better, you help them when called upon, and you'd stick with them through rain, sleet, snow, or the apocalypse.

The only problem here is that you may get a little smug sometimes, and some people just won't like you. They'll feel like you're judging them. But it's mostly balanced when you smile that inscrutable smile and ask, "Can I help?" And then -- here's the really good part -- you usually do help. Even if your friends don't always like the medicine, it usually works, and you'll be there hugging them when the fighting's all over.

That's why they love you. Keep on rocking, and avoid the urge to judge.

Well had a great weekend...thought I'd share some of it with all of you.

Friday night, rickboy came over with dinner from Whole Foods, London Broil, Twice Baked and veggies. After we ate we went to the Eagle and I had packed a "bag" for some play knowing it would be a bit quiet. When we got there and got drinks and I let [info]rickboy have one first, then I gagged him with my big leather gag and handcuffed his hands behind his back, put on his leather dog collar and leash...Then we kind of walked around the bar and I socialized and he grunted at friends a few times. About an hour later puprick shows up from work, after giving him a few minutes, I pulled out the hood, hooded him, took the cuffs off [info]rickboy and cuffed him up, then gagged him too...I then lead the boys around a bit. We were there until well after 2am. Interesting fact: for some reason there were about 15-20 Lesbians in the bar...they all were being "supportive" by catcalling and saying things like "beat their asses" the boys thought it was cute, when we talked about it later.

Saturday we replaced my bumper on my truck. Someone had backed into it in the parking lot a while back so I wanted to get rid of the dent. Saved about $400 by doing the labor myself with the boys help. Not a really hard thing once you figured out where all the screws were holding it on, some where hidden under plastic pieces so almost a treasure hunt. Went back together a lot faster since we knew what we were doing at that point. We had dinner with about 6 others at a very "Southern" down home cooking restaurant, then came back here to the loft before heading out to the Eagle once again. I got to play some with my new tomcat and let's just say a couple of nice things came rising up in leather pants....WOOF!

Sunday we walked to brunch then to Piedmont Park for the Dogwood Festival (Art Show), I knew there was a reason I liked living about 4-5 blocks from the park. Didn't buy anything but saw a few really nice black and white photos that I could have used here in the loft. Also saw some very cool heavy metal works sculptures that would make nice additions to the dungeon, especially a couple of really heavy candlelabras. Sunday night we headed over to Burkharts for a quick early evening drink. Thought we'd catch the Sunday Leathermen's Social Crowd there, but no one to be found. Had a very, very special surprise Stomper from pupzone was there with friends and caught my "kinky" t-shirt and noticed pup's collar and doggy tag so he had to investigate. We had a nice visit and looks as though we'll get to see him again perhaps during Pride in June.

Starting to work on the details and plans for Spring in the South in two weeks our local leather run. Have a lot of good friends coming in from out of town so we should have a great time. I got commissioned to do the name badges and also to be the Dungeon Master for the Saturday night play party. Lining up my Dungeon Monitors and getting the safety equipment together.

Everyone have a great week and let me know how your doing.   BTW  [info]gearjock is going to repay a bet he lost to me...hmmm that should be a fun thing....may need to post pictures, after all HE LOST!  I'll never tell what the bet was, but you can imagine what the payback is going to be all about....

Name five items or services with which you could be bribed. After your answers 'tag' at least five people.

1.  Total assurance of winning a $110 Million Lottery and all the trimmings.

2.  A brand new 5,000 square foot home with a 5,000 square foot basement.  House totally funished in simple, comfortable, unique furnishings...the basement done completely as a dungeon to my
     specifications.

3.  Given the opportunity to oversee an all male slave training island...think Anne Rice's Exit to Eden (book, not movie) with total play benefits of course.

4.  Never have to clean house again.

5.  A nicely built body, not over done without having to set foot in the gym or watch what I eat.

A friend of mine emailed me this a bit ago and I don't know why but I laughed so hard I had tears....enjoy!

Pedro

It was the first day of school and a new student named Pedro Martinez,
the son of a Mexican restaurateur, entered the fourth grade.

The teacher said, "Let's begin by reviewing some American history. "Who
said 'Give me Liberty, or give me Death?' "

She saw a sea of blank faces, except for Pedro, who had his hand up.
"Patrick Henry, 1775."

"Very good!" apprised the teacher. "Now, who said, "Government of the
people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth?"

Again, no response except from Pedro: "Abraham Lincoln, 1863."

The teacher snapped at the class, "Class, you should be ashamed! Pedro,
who is new to our country, knows more about its history than you do!"

She heard a loud whisper: "Screw the Mexicans!"

"Who said that?" she demanded.

Pedro put his hand up. "Jim Bowie, 1836."

At that point, a student in the back said, "I'm gonna puke."

The teacher glared and asked, "All right! Now, who said that?"

Again, Pedro answered, "George Bush to the Japanese Prime Minister, 1991."

Now furious, another student yelled, "Oh yeah? Suck this!"

Pedro jumped out of his chair waving his hand and shouting to the
teacher, "Bill Clinton to Monica Lewinsky, 1997!"

Now, with almost a mob hysteria, teacher said, "You little shit. If you
say anything else, I'll kill you!"

Pedro frantically yelled at the top of his voice, "Gary Condit to
Chandra Levy, 2001."

The teacher fainted, and as the class gathered around her on the floor,
someone said, "Oh shit, we're in BIG trouble now!"

Pedro whispered, "Saddam Hussein, 2003."

Finally someone throws a eraser at Pedro, someone shouted "Duck"!

Teacher, just waking, asked "Who said that?

Pedro: Dick Cheney 2006!

Hmmm I'm researching and finding many different choices for a rubber flogger. I'm pretty sure I want a leather regular flogger handle. Who out there has a good one or knows where I should go to get one. Seems as though pricing is all over the place. Heartwood Whips, my favorite braider makes one, I just don't like the look.

Current Mood: optimistically excited
The flogging demo I did last night was very good. I think up front and foremost was the questions, comments and sharing that took place. There were over 60 people present. And I would say about 1/3 were new faces. It was the biggest attendance we’ve had at a demo all year. At one point I did feel a bit overwhelmed and even a bit intimidated when I noticed some very, very experienced floggers in the audience. I relaxed when I reminded myself, share…share techniques, share experiences and share their knowledge by drawing them into a discussion on how they do things.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here and need to catch everyone up on what’s been going on.   Let me start with the big stuff.

I have been working hard on providing “guidance” for many friends lately. I enjoy our chats and emails. It’s nice because everyone is respectful and takes what I have to say to heart. Several people say I should gather all this together and write a book protecting everyone’s identity of course.

I’m still working through the local S/m club dilemmas and constantly remind our group of the reason the group was instituted to begin with. I’ve had the opportunity to visit with some of the founding members to validate my comments, challenges and responses to this given topic. We’ll see just where this ends up. They’ve nominated me to run for President of the group. Elections are next month. We’ll see what happens, moving on to lighter topics.

For those of you who really know me, I’m all about spur of the moment and spontaneity. Well, I am being spontaneous this month. I decided at the last minute to add some travel to my trip to Dallas. I decided to visit family in friends in Missouri on the way. So I just packed up the truck and the dog and headed out.

My real pup “Azizi”(a basenji) and I want to thank [info]gearjock and his other half [info]buzzedoff for overnight accommodations on Tuesday night. The guys really fell for Azizi, she has a way of doing that to you.  And no, we didn’t get to do all the fun things they did with their weekend houseguest, then again, it was a work night for both of them. I got to see the Superman Suit and wish I had been there to see “him” in it.   I’m sure we’ll make up for the lost time during their trip to ATL at the end of April for Spring in the South.

Right now I am in the Ozarks of Missouri visiting my parents. Yesterday was my mother’s birthday and I was her surprise Birthday present. Boy, was she surprised to see me and my dog. We had dinner and then went to church for Ash Wednesday. I had forgotten how conservative things can be down here in the middle of nowhere. But on a second note, I also had forgotten just how “fresh and handsome” the local Ozark boys can be.   I’ll be here doing some major R&R before traveling on up to Kansas City on Friday evening. One downside is the internet provider here doesn’t seem to get along with Yahoo Instant Messenger so I’m not able to chat real time with my regular computer chat buds. You’ll just have to use my email for now guys.

While in Kansas City, I am planning on getting out on Friday and Saturday nights, [info]draco_kc are you going to be around and want to meet me out? I hope to catch up with several other friends and again spend some time relaxing with my massage therapist friend Dennis, yes, I do get benefits of his wonderful hands. (get your minds out of the trash, boys, he’s strictly professional when I’m on the table) We won’t say what has happened AFTERWARDS. I also want to spend some time with slave jody and my friend Carl.

I plan to hit the road on Mar 8 or 9 and head for Dallas. I’m going to be at the Espirit de Corps leather run Mar 10-12. I’m very happy to have a rommie, I’m sure we’ll get into all the trouble we possibly can and then some. <eg>   I’m looking forward to catching up with some of my leather brothers that will be there and some serious playtime. Watch out guys! I have packed a lot of my toys and gear. The main reason I’m driving!   Enough said about me, on to the….

BOYS

We went to a play party last Sunday at a friends place and I got to use my new flogger, both boys say they are in love with it. It’s a big ol’ bison mop from Heartwood Whips, my very, very favorite braider. It is very thuddy in nature and gives more of a warming heat pad effect rather than being stingy. I really like the sound as it packs a big sound when I throw it, both going through the air and when it strikes. Several other folks got to try it out on the giving and receiving end of it.

Pup rick recently moved into a new apartment, this will make him closer to work and to my loft as well. The move when well and quickly even though the weather was a bit nasty. He seems to like his new place and the convenience it provides.

[info]rick_boy has been working hard on several deadline driven projects at work and recently got kudos from his co workers for pointing out that a deadline shift gained them an extra week in the project timeline.

The boys are being patient and are probably happy to have a bit of a vacation with me not around, however, I’ve already heard how lonesome they are….(absence makes the heart grow fonder and they realize how much they enjoy our play)

Well this is getting long enough, I work hard to keep up more here so you don’t have to read a storybook every time I post.

Hugs to all and [info]nipper_dawg a special continue to get well hug for you and those damn boots l come soon. Can’t wait to see the pics with you in them, that is not on the restriction of activities list, is it?  Just be careful bending over to lace them up or find someone to lace them for you!
